Below outlines our cancellation and refund policy for single-booking games:
1. Advance Bookings (12 hours or more before the game): If we are unable to provide a goalie(s), the customer will receive a full refund of their Goalie Guru fee, as they gave us sufficient notice, allowing time to make proper arrangements.
If a goaltender is confirmed to your game to play, and you wish to cancel after the goaltender has been confirmed, then you will not be entitled to a refund of the Goalie Guru.
2. Standard Bookings (2 to 12 hours before the game): If we are unable to provide a goalie, we offer credit for a future booking, equal to the amount paid. The credit ensures the customer can still use our service at a later time without penalizing them for coming to us to fix their issue.
3. Last-Minute Bookings (Less than 2 hours before the game): If we are unable to provide a goalie, no refund will be issued. Late bookings place undue strain on our service, and refunds will incur unnecessary costs.
If you are a user and you wish to cancel the goalie less than 2 hours before the scheduled time of the game, then you are not entitled to a refund.
If a goaltender has confirmed your game, and you wish to cancel the goaltender request, we do not offer you a refund in any form as we need to account for the work and services of our goalies.
